General FAQ

Odds are displayed in three formats — decimal, fractional, and American. Betworks defaults to decimal format as it is the easiest to understand.

Decimal Odds (e.g. 2.50)
If you place a ৳100 bet at odds of 2.50, a win pays ৳100 × 2.50 = ৳250. This includes your original ৳100 stake — so your net profit is ৳150.

Fractional odds (e.g., 3/2)
Numerator ÷ Denominator = profit ratio. A ৳100 bet returns ৳150 profit (3/2 × 100).

American odds (e.g., +150 or -200)
Plus means profit on a ৳100 bet; minus means how much you need to bet to win ৳100.

You can choose your preferred odds format in Account Settings.

Yes, Betworks supports multiple languages. Bengali is the default, but you can also switch to English and several other languages.

Changing the Language on the Website:
Look for a globe icon or language selector button in the top right corner or footer of the page. Click it and choose your preferred language.

Changing Language in the Mobile App:
Go to Settings or the profile menu in the app → find the Language section → tap your preferred language. The change takes effect immediately.

Keep in mind — changing the language only affects the interface; your account and transactions remain unaffected.
